To that end Armstrong have a highly skilled team of engineers who’s dedication to our customers is second to none. Notwithstanding our service level agreement, in normal business hours we expect our customers to get an immediate response to a service call, within four rings or the MD wants to know why! For 24/7/365 customers also they can expect an engineer to answer their helpdesk call within 10 minutes even at 3am on Christmas Day.
We maintain large stocks of spares for all Inter-Tel telephone systems and our engineers aim to arrive on site with all possible spares required following a remote diagnostic session. In the rare event we do not have the required spares Inter-Tel UK also hold extensive spares and are very good at pulling out all the stops to support our customers.
