The Inter-Tel IP-PBX will allow your organisation to seamlessly connect your voice systems together so that they all act as one system and fully integrates to business applications deployed across your corporate WAN.

You can answer calls with a central operator and the Screen Based Operator Console software will display the status of all phone endpoints where ever they might be.

Internal calls are made between sites in the same way as normal and staff can “hotdesk” taking their extension number, DDI and voicemail notification to whichever site they choose to work from.

The link between the sites can be made using Voice over IP (VoIP) delivered over your Wide Area Network (WAN) or via BroadBand DSL.

Our technical staff will ensure that your infrastructure meets the requirement to implement VoIP using an effective Quality of Service (QoS) policy and we can provide the necessary WAN infrastructure if required.

The call centre features of the system can work seamlessly across multiple sites including the computer telephony applications and automated call distribution (ACD).

The system also supports a shared central voicemail enabling you to benefit from the economy of scale.
