101 Device re-set due to excessive hardware failures. Download error information from DB Studio which will allow you to identify the keyset with the problem. The line cord, curly cord or actual handset/headset will need changing.
114 Means "ISDN is unplugged". This can be caused by either a faulty T1/E1 or by a BT line fault. It is suggested to firstly re-seat the T1/E1 to re-set the card. If this does not clear the problem, the line provider should be contacted to report a fault. NB: The 114 alarm can be cleared by dialling 9850 from any admin phone.
203 Means "Voicemail Unplugged". It is advised to firstly re-boot the voicemail unit. Also check cables are connected correctly and that the "Voice Processor Enabled" flag is set to "Yes" in DB Programming
