We operate an ITIL aligned Service Desk using a Pink Verified (TM) service management system. Our Service Desk shares engineers and managers with the project teams to ensure a dovetailed approach for the transition of your new service, from initial installation to going live. Once the system is live our service managers and account managers work together to help you achieve an acceptable TCO and ROI.
